How do I Order?

First click on the product you want and you will see an add to cart button click that. Do this as many times as you need for different products.

You will see a little shopping cart icon on the top right of any page. Click on that at any time to see what’s in your shopping cart.

When you have everything you need in your cart (you can remove items by clicking the x to the right of the price) just click either checkout to pay by card or Paypal to pay by Paypal.

 

What is the Shipping Cost?

This depends on the product and your location. Once you enter your address, but before you pay, the shipping cost is shown to you. No individual product has a shipping cost greater than $1.95, and most are less than $1.00.

 

How long before I get my order?

It can take between 4 and 6 weeks, most orders are delivered in under 4 weeks.

I haven’t received my order?

On promotional items we ship directly from our manufacturers and it can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Having said that most orders arrive a lot quicker than that.

Because we ship directly from the manufacturer we do not always have tracking numbers

Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the timeframe given. We'll ensure the any issues get resolved to your satisfaction.

 

I’ve only received SOME of my order?

We ship direct from the manufacturer to get you the best possible deal. Now those orders can take 4-6 weeks to arrive and often they will be sent INDIVIDUALLY if they are from different manufacturing partners. So don't worry if you haven't received your complete order just yet but do keep us informed if you think there is a problem.

At Quilts Supply we are committed to bringing you the very best value available. To do this we ship directly from our global partner factories who bring you the best value and quality.

Our partners are located throughout the world, the USA, China, Europe, Dubai etc. By leveraging these relationships, we get the best deals and can pass this value direct to you, our customer.

Shipping direct from factories worldwide takes a bit longer to receive products. Orders can take between 3 and 6 weeks to arrive (depending on the product).
